You guys are jokes because you knew that if a product was returned, you would have to charge the tariff twice and you never told me. Nor did you do anything to make sure that the packages aren’t returned to you. You screwed me out of $160 and I will never use your pharmacy again.

Until recently alll my orders were delivered in a timely fashion. My last order was returned to Planet Drugs and the replacement order was shipped Nov 4 and still has not arrived yet. And an additional cost of $70 to cover tariff charges has been applied. I hope shipping issues get resolved because I really like doing business with Planet Drugs. Sincerely, Mike Pope

I haven't received it yet. It's sitting in Chicago since Dec 3. I've paid tarrif cost twice. I'm not happy about that. Ordered on October 5. It was sent back to you. November 12 that's where I paid tarrif again and you sent it again and now sitting. Probably lost by now. ???? Just want my pills.
