I must admit being nervous ordering my medications out of country & online. The staff was/is very friendly, didn't rush me, answered all my questions, took the time to explain each step of the process & delivery time. I've ordered 2x now & feel very comfortable dealing with them.

Recently, I learned that my prescription REQUIRED REFRIGERATION. Mine was shipped from Australia via Germany, to Florida, where the package sat in my hot mailbox without ice packs. In other words, the prescription was ruined. According to PlanetDrugsDirect pharmacist the instructions only specified that it be refrigerated in the pharmacy. Come on!!! Would an educated pharmacist say that it was OK to ship in summer to Florida without ice packs? No! My first order from Amazon Drugs was shipped from Florida with four large ice packs. For four years I wondered why the drug seemed ineffective. Because it was dead from the heat. Proper handling is critical. PlanetDrug is NOT reliable in this regard.
