I ordered my medications on December 19, 2025. The order is still marked as processing. I am in danger of running out of my medications even though I ordered well in advance. The only response I received from PlanetDrugsDirect was an apology for delays caused by the holiday season. Also, my medications used to be $70 for 100 units. The most recent order is $90 for 84 units. This is still much cheaper than I can buy the equivalent drug at home but there was no notification of increased drug prices prior to the order.

With U.S. import changes started on August 29, 2025 (removing the exemption for goods under $800), some orders may see higher costs, longer shipping times, or limited availability. Because of this and higher volumes, price match is temporarily paused, but we’ll keep working to bring you the best prices we can.
