I’m a new customer and I am disappointed that I have 2 medications arriving and was charged twice for shipping.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we do not charge for shipping but due to the U.S. import changes started on August 29, 2025 (removing the exemption for goods under $800). There are mandatory tariffs and other fees. To clarify this feel free to contact us!

I would give a higher rating but the operator was unable to answer my questions as to why I have not yet received information for a prescription placed prior to December 15th. When can I except to receive it? When will it ship?
