I've used Planet Drugs Direct for years. I like it for the low prices, home delivery, and ability to order a 3 month supply. I have to be proactive and order far enough ahead to receive my prescriptions in time, but that is worth the savings I enjoy. On my last order, one drug was backordered for so long that I had to get my doctor to order it locally. I hope this isn't going to be the norm.

While your service and customer representatives are very good at what they do, I have yet to receive the drugs that were ordered late last year. I was informed that the mail service in Canada had been disrupted. Our USPS has also been less than optimal during the past few months due to installation of a new mail sorting facility in our area. If possible, please try to track the package of drugs mailed to me in late December ........... Thank you very much
