As a new customer I had difficulty uploading my prescription, so I used the Planet Drugs Direct live chat. I was wary because I haven't had great success with this kind of service in the past. Usually it has been an AI bot which can't answer any of my questions. Surprise, surprise! A very nice lady named Renelle not only answered all of my questions, but she also walked me through the account setup process, which was a snap with her expert help! I call that great customer service! Thank you Renelle!

I received several calls from PDD about my prescription order. The first was to tell me that the usual pharmacy in Canada they use to fill my prescription was backordered on my drug. The representative then told me that the order could be filled by a British pharmacy, but that it would take longer for it to arrive. Since my prescription is for a drug that I only need if I have a migraine starting, I had plenty on hand, so I agreed. The order came in a timely manner, and I still had some on hand. I have been using PDD for years and I have found every representative of PDD has been very helpful and friendly.

I have been a loyal customer of Planet Drugs Direct for several years, now. It is the ONLY business that provide the type of hormone patches that my body does not reject. Therefore, this company was highly recommended to me by my Primary Care Physician in Dallas, Texas. I receive notifications prior to the reorder date of my prescription. My personal three month prescription is ALWAYS delivered early, which means that there is no unnecessary waiting or worrying about if it will arrive in time. I am very pleased with the courtesy that I receive during my phone conversations with the Customer Service representatives. The representatives at Planet Drugs Direct are ALWAYS kind, knowledgeable, hospitable, charismatic, perspicacious and professional. The best thing about doing business with Planet Drugs Direct is that there was absolutely NO delay in receiving my prescription during COVID-19. For that, I am grateful. Kudos to this company.
