My Doc recommended your company and I sent checks for the amounts quoted to me. Weeks passed with no response from you. Then...you called and stated I was short and needed to send more money immediately, which I did. More weeks passed. I was finally informed it would be 2-3 weeks longer. I obviously ran out of the med here. Many calls and promises later, I finally received the products. They were not from Canada but from England and India. I was very disappointed. One person from your firm called and said I had sent an overage and it would be credited to my next order!!!! I hate to pay US dollars but at 85 years old I do not need the stress of ordering from your company again. If indeed I have a credit, as was stated by one of your workers, please send it to me. I am on SS and have to watch my income carefully. My husband used to order a product from Canada. It was produced there and we felt safe in ordering it. I do not feel safe ordering from you.
