I love the good customer service. If I forget to reorder my prescription, they will call to remind me. They are very thorough and professional/ They are very pleasant and helpful. I also enjoy the quick turn around to receive the meds considering they come from the UK.

They made a mistake in order - did not read quantity correctly and instead of contacting me contacted a doctor. Wasted 3 weeks which caused med not arrive in time. They also not informed me that there was an issue with order/prescription. The Pharmacist (Gene) was very nice and tried helping me.

After a bit of confusion when I first started with Canadian Pharmacy, I have been nothing but pleased -- letting me know when a prescription is due, being willing to have short chats, (about the weather, for instance) -- I don't know, you are just so friendly.
