Happy with the prices and convenience of online pharmacy orders. I am concerned about data security - appears that my confidential information including credit card information was compromised. That has happened to often but hope you bring in high quality security experts that can fix the issue quickly.

I tried every way possible to get my generic Detrol down to a reasonable price to no avail, I remembered PlanetDrugsDirect.com. I looked into them and their pricing was less than 1/2 of what I was paying with my insurance! It was the middle of December and they told me that due to the holidays and shipping delays beyond their control, I may not get my prescription until the beginning of the new year. However, I did receive my prescription before Christmas as they processed and immediately shipped out my prescription! Customer service representatives are very informational, friendly and extremely helpful with making this prescription happen. I was even given a discount for being a returning customer!

Seems like things have gone downhill at PD!...higher prices, slower delivery, policy changes like no discount, billing on processing etc have caused me to shop elsewhere. Not the same company that I prescribed with for many years!

All was fine until I got a e-mail from you that states: "We are contacting you to inform you of a recent data security incident that impacted some of your personal data." "exposed data may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, medical information including prescription(s), and payment information." What the hell? I trusted you people
