BUYER BEWARE. I have had a good experience from PlanetDrugsDirect.com ordering drugs and saving money. Now they have been hacked! They draft my checking account for payment and I feared this might happen and evidently is has. US customers can't use Visa or Mastercard to purchase drugs from Canada so you must mail a check (long time) or let them draft your checking account. I mailed a check the first time and that went OK, so since then I have let them draft my checking account. Now this. I signed up for their free credit monitoring but what if some scumbag has my checking account information and drains my checking account? "Since our last update, we have received some reports of alleged suspicious activity on individual customer accounts that may or may not be related to this incident. Our investigation and mitigation efforts remain on-going and we will continue to provide applicable updates by e-mail, phone or regular mail. Complimentary Credit Monitoring Services Through Equifax"

I have been ordering from PlanetDrugsDirect for a number of years now. Every order I have made has been completed accurately and in very good time. In addition, each contact with customer support has been very pleasant, and I have even received appropriate calls from the pharmacy to assist me with insuring I had the required paperwork or information submitted to keep the orders correct. I will continue to use PlanetDirectDirect in the future.

Monique helped me today sort out an issue with a prescription that my MD had not sent for a refill. She was very pleasant and helpful today and made sure I knew where my medication would come from, shipping times, and verified all my information to insure accuracy.
