Unfortunately, I would not use this service again for the simple fact that receiving deliveries from overseas is unpredictable and, as good of a company as Planet Drugs may be, delivery time and conditions are out of their control. This doesn't serve my purpose for something I need for health purposes. I ordered a steroid asthma inhaler on December 10th, understanding there could be a delay for the holidays. Six weeks later, the inhaler had not arrived. UPS showed no progress in delivery status. I called Planet Drugs and found out my prescription had been held up in customs and possibly would never arrive. Their customer loyalty department reordered what they called a "free" prescription. However, it's not really free. I paid for something I didn't get. The bad part is I must start the 2-4 overseas delivery process all over again. Just hoping I don't have a serious attach in the next 2-4 weeks!

Service could not be better! Customer service calls me to remind me when my prescriptions need refilling. They just told me my prescription is now available in a generic at a cheaper price. They seek to find every discount they can for you. And things arrive promptly. Sooner than they predict. Once you sign up with them, you don't have to remember anything about your prescription. Effortless!
