I have tried for over 1 hour to sign into your website, it keeps saying used name incorrect. I have had the same user name for 10 years. Also just went to order my asthma inhaler, in 30 days the price went from $93.00 to $214.00. Because of the coronavirus??? Last but certainly not least, on March 17 I placed an order for Eliquis, I was told 2 to 4 weeks which was what they have said about delivery for years. It has been 4 weeks and still no pills.Now I am being told up to 8 weeks. I don't know about other folks but I place my orders according to how many pills I have. So now I am short pills for 4 weeks. I can have my Dr call in prescription for a month, 1 month cost what 3 months costs In Canada. I have dealt with PlanetDrugsDirect for at least 10 years but right now I am feeling that the coronavirus is being used against me..

Placed my usual order 3/1/20 and it finally came today 4/13/20. I was quite anxious waiting 6 weeks!! Have done business with this company for years and have never lost meds in the mail. They were all so gracious and patient with my multiple calls and reassuring me! Now all is well! This has something to do with the coronovirus and customs are behind and other people are also. Advised to order expecting an 8 week delivery time. Will be happy to do this!! Thank you employees of PDD!!
