Planet Drugs Direct is a great place to do business. They are always on top of things - reminding me to refill, letting me know when things have been processed and shipped. The prices are good - better than what I can ever get in the USA. I have had only had one time when my order did not arrive in the many many years I have been shopping there. They quickly sent another order and it was delivered in no time. So I am very very pleased with this company and I highly rate them.

Usually I love Planet Drugs Direct, but this time customer service was not helpful. My order has been stuck at the "processed at transit facility" since March 25. DHL said I should contact Planet Drugs Direct, which I did. And I was told things were taking longer than usual. Which I know, but I did expect a little more help than that.
