My initial experience was excellent which was about a year ago. I understand that we are in a pandemic but people still need their meds. Each time I've ordered, it takes additional time for me to receive it. Meaning weeks and not days. My last order was placed a month and a half ago and when I called in the customer support was no help. The website said my meds were delivered but they were not and when I asked about it the customer rep said it might take an additional month. I am not a fan of this company anymore.

Finally got my Prescription after about 6 weeks when Usually get it in 2 weeks. Since there was no tracking available I made a call and your person said they couldn’t help me. I called again a week later and finally got some info from someone who explained my Januvia was being held in Germany because the cargo planes were not flying. Since it was getting close to running out I made plans in case it didn’t arrive. Finally got it in time. People who answer the phone should be willing to find information for your customers.

Been ordering for several years for both my husband and myself plus have referred others, including doctors..my only complaint is method of checking account deductions..plus did not get 5% discount that was quoted to me on my last order so of course the $ amounts didn’t match
