My shipment of omeprazole was seized by the US Food and Drug Administration at the Los Angeles Airport. So now I have paid for medicine that is "subject to administrative destruction." First time this has happened and I was a satisfied customer before this incident (April, 2020). I will be asking Planet Drugs Direct refund.

Good prices BUT medications come from India and are VERY S-L-O-W TO ARRIVE.

I placed an order for 2 meds on 3/16/20. Received one in about 2 weeks. The other that I can supposedly track, is no where to be found. At the time I placed my order, there was NOTHING on this site about 8 weeks shipping time, only that your phones were overloaded. I spoke with a customer service agent about a week and a half ago and was advised I can reorder but only have 30 days after my last order. I looked at ordering today, and the price has now DOUBLED!! Price gouge much? It's now almost the same cost in the US for a better medicine. I'm sure you'll blame the pandemic even though my meds in the US haven't gone up in price. So disappointed.

I placed an order for a pricey prescription on 13 march 2020 and I still have not received it. In fact, based on the tracking, it has been sitting in Frankfurt Germany without movement at all for over 2 weeks. I know that we are living in extraordinary times, but Planet Drugs was happy to take my money immediately and not deliver my prescription. We are talking about a tiny box that weighs about 2 grams; I am certain that it can fit into the cargo hold of any plane coming to the USA. Planet drugs needs to do MUCH BETTER. One unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We know there is a pandemic but were are very concern the with process as your company it not prepared enough to handle medication during this pandemic. My husband has two medication that have been already paid and taken out of our banking account but was told will probably will not get this medication for another eight weeks. Which means we will have to get a prescription from are doctors which is going to cost more money to purchase. We are on a fix income and this will not be easy. I feel there should be some compensation to us. And if for some reason the medicine is cheaper in the US. We will be cancel this account. Thank you.
