Prescription is entered as the incorrect size bottle. Called to have changed.. Whomever does data entry of RX should check patients profile and not just guessed, should of checked my history of same medication. This is 2nd request. Also my order has not arrived. Hope is not lost Very concerned

I was concerned when my prescription did not arrive and when I checked tracking from DHL there was no info letting me know my meds had left Frankfurt. The packaged seemed stuck there for 2 weeks. I checked each day by tracking but nothing changed. So I emailed Planet Drug to complain. I was very concerned because I only had one pill left. On April 16 I finally received my meds.
