I was happy with PDD for many years but do not plan to continue. Over the past two years service and value have degraded. My last order still hasn’t been delivered and it was shipped over a month ago. Last year a shipment was so late I inadvertently ordered it again and received a double shipment and could not return the duplicate shipment. Customer service dropped the ball and didn’t alert me the original shipment was delayed. Lately I find that I can buy all my meds at a cheaper price and get next day delivery.

Would simply not be able to obtain some of my prescriptions without Planet Drugs Direct due to the cost savings! They also provide excellent customer service every time and my prescriptions always arrive on time as well.
