When i had trouble with getting the individual pills out of the pack without them crumbling, the pharmacy found a supplier that had the pills in a bottle container instead. Great customer service and great prices!

I live overseas in Malta which is in Europe. I have been using PlanetDrugsDirect for quite a number of years and have always found them to be helpful and efficient. My only complaint is the payment system. Nowadays in the year 2020 I feel that to be much safer for me to pay they should either have a PayPal system or Online Bank Transfer. I find it very odd and uneasy to pay over the phone and have to divulge my Visa card details since our banks here are not issuing any more USA or Canadian dollar cheques or Money Order. Otherwise I cannot fault them and am a very satisfied customer.

You told me that my prescription was mailed out March 17, 2020. As of today, April 20, I have not gotten my drugs. Need a refund.

Order was paid for 4 weeks ago with an estimated 6 to 8 week delivery, but there is no way to track delivery. I have no way to know if delivery will be made before I run out of medication.
