love planet drugs direct. the only reason it was not given a 5 star was that it takes longer to receive some drugs buy mail. so keep good records and order early to solve this problem.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PLANET DRUGS. I have been a customer for many years,I ordered Pradaxa a drug I have ordered before and received promptly. It is over 5 weeks and when I have called they do not not know where the drug is only that it was shipped. I have called 4 times and today the agent took some time and checked it out. He says it entered the U.S. on April 1,2020 Today is April 20.2020 where is my drug. They have my money about $200.00 and I have no medicine. I am out of supply am forced to order from my local pharmacy. This unacceptable business for a reputable company. They have my money an do not know where my medicine is.

Usually PDD has been great. This time (and it the time of Covid-19), my prescription hasn't arrived and it's been around 5 weeks. The tracking number was released to me over a month ago, but when I use the link, DHL's website says it's an unknown tracking number.

I had thought my medicine was lost per email from shipper that they could not find medication, but my medication came 6 weeks late. So happy to get it. Always have had good professional service with Planet Drugs and love the prices.
