I received half of my order. I’m not able to track my second package. They said allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, it’s now going on 5 weeks with no sign of my package. This does not reflect well on Planet Drugs. Next time I need to order my drugs I may look elsewhere.

I ordered medication on March 16th, and my credit card was charged, yet I have not received it as of today April 20th. I was promised delivery in 2 to 4 weeks, but the DHL tracking has had it stuck in Frankfurt Germany since March 31st. When I contacted DHL, they said I had to call PlanetDrugsDirect.com. PlanetDrugsDirect said I should be patient and there is nothing I can do. I realize that with Covid19 crisis, shipping has been impacted but the failure to take responsibility is terrible.
