Up until this recent order I would have given a 5 star rating without hesitation! The service and prices were always great. I placed an order 3-6-20 and was informed a few days later the usual supplier was currently unable to fill my order. I was given the option to have it filled, at a 62% price increase, to have it shipped from an alternate location. I opted to do that for fear I would run out of my medicine prior to the original location being restocked. It's 4-21, my order supposedly shipped 3-18 but I still have not received it. There is no tracking information available from the location the shipment was made I was told when I phoned PDD. I did run out of pills two days ago and have no recourse. It's very frustrating. :(

At the time you had placed your order, there had been no identified shipping disruptions. However, due to dispensary closures and the decreasing reliability of international mail due to the Coronavirus pandemic, both processing and delivery of orders is delayed.

I can get my meds here cheaper than anywhere else I have shopped for them takes a bit longer to get them but it is worth waiting for with the money I can save .

I still have not received my last order. The tracking stopped when my order reached the US on April 1, 2020 at JFK Airport in NY and has not yet been delivered to my home in Savannah, GA. My past experiences with your company have been 4 star but I am unable to evaluate this current order until I receive what I have already been charged for.
