Overall good experience. The price increase seemed arbitrary. On this level of pricing I would expect stability or even a decrease to keep me from shopping around.

I have never had a problem with my scripts and this service has saved me a lot of $$! I give four stars because sometimes there are delays which are scary when it’s a medication l rely on. Service has always been responsive and helpful.

I have been waiting over a month for my prescription. They say it can take 2 months now that the us situation is what it is. KINDA WEIRD BECAUSE NOTHING IS DIFFERENT WITH CUSTOMS. Called again and asked about my prescription. I was given a strange tracking number and told to contact USPS because it was in the US now. NOT TRUE. They only have that tracking number because it was provided upon ordering. My order comes from Austria. That tracking number actually goes to an order originated in Switzerland and went to Singapore March 23rd. Get you information correct and quit giving out false info thinking people have no way to actually trck the info you are giving.
