I have been disappointed in December and now with the order that is also delayed.The order in December was held in customs and never received. A new order had to be processed that I received six week late. The same thing seems to be happening with my present order. I have no information concerning it since April 8th.

My order of Febuxostat was shipped March 19 as per PDD’s email & was given a DHL tracking no. up to Germany. I tracked & it was in a facility in Germany as of March 30. Today, April 21, still I haven’t received my medicines! There was no advise from PDD after Germany. I followed up with USPS here in USA but there’s no advice on my package yet!!! I’m so frustrated with PDD’s service right now!!!

Received my recent order shortly after following up because delivery time was longer than anticipated (during pandemic). Alexa was very comforting and looked up my order. She was able to tell me that the order should arrive soon and that it was in the US. I received it within the week and I am very pleased that it all worked out during this time of uncertainty. Have never had an issue that wasn't handled professionally and in a timely manner.
