I just spoke with Matthew at Planet Drugs Direct. I appreciated his Caring and Professional attitude in regards to listening to my concern with the delay in delivery of my medication that I ordered several weeks ago. We make a choice to obtain our medications with Planet Drugs Direct. It is not their fault that Covid-19 has caused delays in our medications arrival. I will soon be out of my medication, but hope & pray my order comes soon. I have been a loyal customer of Planet Drugs Direct for many years. Love PlanetDrugsDirect! I have used them for many years now and they have saved me a LOT of money! My regular prescription would cost over $260/month and I get a generic (unavailable in the US) for $117/3months! Quite a savings!

I was leary at first about using this site to order medication but I figured it was ok since I got the info from my doctor and he said a lot of his patients use it for this medication. It was actually reassuring to go through all the steps that I needed to. It made it feel legit...lol... The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the prescription I ordered was on backorder for 2 weeks and once it did ship it took 4 weeks and 3 days to come in. I wasn't able to track my order during the shipping process which was kind of frustrating, but I finally got my medication that is for my heart that I had been out of for 6 weeks! So my only real issue was with the backorder and shipping time. Other than that I'm glad there is a place where I can get the medication that I need that my insurance won't cover! I would recommend this company to everyone!!!

Order of medication for my heart Mar 13th 2020 status just showing on it's way. So very disappointed with your service in regards that this medicine is badly needed for my health. I understand the pandemic but your company's should of been prepared.
