Realize we're in a tough situation with COVID-19, but very disappointed in the handling of my last order. I was, and still am, totally in the dark about where my order is, and when it might arrive. I was informed my order had shipped 6 days ago by PD, but when I try to track the order, I'm told there is no information about the order. The order was originally made in early March. Totally unacceptable.

Recently ran into a problem with my shipment after 4-5 years without any problems. First, the shipment was held up in U.S. Customs in New Jersey without any explanation or notification. After 2 months of this, I contacted Planet Drugs Direct, explained the problem, and they offered to reship at no cost to me. This time, the reshipment was held in Chicago by the U. S. FDA, and they sent me a letter stating they were holding the shipment and would destroy the contents unless I could prove that the drugs were dispensed by an FDA approved pharmacy, i.e. that they were dispensed by a U. S. pharmacy. Contacted PDD again and told them that I couldn't wait for another reshipment and requested a refund of my original purchase price. While the agent was sorry to lose my business, she understood my situation and agreed to approve a refund. The refund arrived in full and in my account when she said it would. You want to know that you're dealing with an honest company? There's your proof.
