My COPD drug still sitting in Germany Throug no fault of Planet Drugs Direct. They have excellently been responsive and helpful during this unprecedented world crises. Proof they put their customers health first is when they suggested you may need to purchase at your local pharmacy while waiting for your order.

Meds took FOREVER to reach my home. Ordered March 18th and didn't get my order until May 14th. I realize that it has a lot to do with the virus, but there was no communication sent to me about the status of my order. It would have been nice to know more about what to expect. I'm happy with the product now that it's finally here.

Courtney was wonderful, she explained very clearly how to order the drugs and what the expected delivery time. Planet Drugs Direct sells the drug at half the cost of where I was previously ordering.

My dogs have now run out of their prescription medicine - my frustration is the uncertainty of the window! Half a month to two months? The personnel are very knowledgeable but the delivery model is a tough one!

Always get fantastic service, but it’s been 6 or 7 weeks since I ordered Eliquis. I only have a couple more and am afraid the order is lost. Help!!!
