I ordered Pradaxa weeks and weeks ago and have not received it. You told me you changed sources for the medication and then, due to COVID-19, it would take 2-8 weeks for shipment. It’s been more than 8 weeks. Totally unacceptable. I’ll not be ordering anything else from Planet Drugs Direct.
