I have been ordering from Planet Drugs Direct for two years and have NEVER had a problem. I LOVE PDD!!! And I recommend to everyone! I re-order immediately after receiving my reminder email and my RX usually arrives during the 2-4 week delivery time as stated. This last time (reordered time was at the very beginning of the pandemic) I was a bit concerned that they would not arrive before I ran out as 4 weeks had pasted and no pills! I phoned Customer Service and the rep was very nice and apologetic that they had not arrived... (I had 10 pills left... never came that close) said that they were coming from New Zealand and could not be tracked... I was surprised at that. But he suggested that I contact my doctor for samples... but unfortunately, they do not give samples if a generic is available... so that did not work, so the called in an RX for 15 day supply... That cost would have been as much as I paid for my 90 day supply!! They arrived shortly thereafter.

Planet Drugs has been a great Pharmacy to get my prescription at not such a high price. They have always let me know when I was due for a refill in plenty of time before the previous one runs out.

Various order takers are unequal in knowledge of information. Some I cannot understand due to accents.

Terrible, I purchased my drug and never got it. I don’t think they even sent it! I’m really upset and feel like I was taken advantage of with them never sending it to me and feel I should tell others how terrible my experience was this time.

I rely on PlanetDrugs for one medication that would otherwise cost me 6 times as much here in Minnesota . When my high deductible is met, no problem. But in the meantime, I have to go to PlanetDrugsDirect for my med. I ordered the drug and was told 2-4 week wait initially. That was early pandemic and I allowed for a much longer wait time. I was spot on. It to 7 weeks, but I had allowed for 8. It was totally reasonable and fair. Plus, they kept me posted along the way.

A pleasure to work with your team...my doctor submitted a prescription that was twice the strength of the original script. You contacted me and I question the doctors office. The doctor realized the error and revised the prescription. I'm greatful for your attention to detai, professionalism and care. KUDOS to Planet Drugs
