Planet Drugs has been very effective in reducing the price of some of my medications, the ones that are proprietary in the US generally. I have to plan ahead, as sometimes it may be a matter of days or weeks to get an Rx delivered, but the quality of the medications has always been very good. Since they accept electronic bank payments, that has shortened the delivery delay considerably. Thank you.

I very much appreciate price I'm paying for brand Celebrex as I cannot afford it otherwise. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is shipping. I run out of my prescription before next one arrives. I have even ordered extra early to compensate. I am sure when the dust settles from the pandemic things will hopefully improve on shipping.

I placed my order on April 8, 2020. It's now June 8 (eight weeks later), and no drugs. I was told on the Chat line that the "up to eight weeks" doesn't begin until the order ships, meaning that in my case I must wait until June 16 before having the option to either reorder or seek a refund. Planet Drugs Direct should point out that the delivery clock starts with the shipment date and not the date of the order. And, further, they should emphasize that they have no control over, and can provide no information about an order once placed and the money collected. I understand that these are unsettled, COVID-19 times, but eight weeks with no drugs and no way to find out if or when they will arrive is ridiculous. I'm now hoping it won't take eight weeks-plus to process a refund. I see that nearly all your reviews are quite positive but in the end that's little consolation to those of us who are left in the lurch. This is my first online prescription venture and it is my last.

The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
