HUGE FAN! I live in United States but have used Planet Drugs Direct to get my cat’s inhalers for 7 years. The staff is so friendly, know what they’re doing— they even call to remind about refills (not a recorded auto message)— last month it’s a good thing they called because my cat’s Rx changed but I hadn’t remembered to update it online. I love that I can just scan the Rx to get the order going right away. Great prices. Small discount for paying electronically. No crazy shipping fees. You do have to plan ahead— takes like 2 weeks to get Rx once filled because comes from other countries, but they give you good arrival estimate and warn you if it will take longer due to time of year, etc.

I have been getting my RX's from PDD for years. The service is terrific, their customer service reps (on the phone) could not be more helpful. Orders are processed easily, I receive constant communications (by email) on orders, shipping, renewals etc. and the PRICES ARE AMAZING. I buy brand for less than 1/2 the price of generics at my local Big name national pharmacy. I neither need or have RX insurance. Planet Drugs Direct serves all my drug requirements

8 weeks from order never received. No tracking available. I will try to get a refund. Not so great.
