I have been using PlanetDrugs.com for some time with success. I placed an order in February and it was sent to the wrong address and never received it even to this day. I spoke with several people about this problem at PlanetDrugs. I put in another order for my prescription in April when it was apparent that I may not receive the first one for some time. I have not received either of them. I am purchasing my prescription here where I live for almost 7 times more than through PlanetDrugs. PlanetDrugs has given me a 50% discount on my next order with them. I am not sure I will be using them any longer.

Before the vivid situation, I would have given five stars. I ordered my inhalers on March 30 and have yet to receive them. This is a problem. I understand the situation but they can't tell me anything because there is no tracking. I hope this situation resolves itself because I love getting my meds at a lower cost and service has been great in the past.

The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
