I really enjoy using PDD because not only do I save a great deal of money but talking with the rep I get information about which meds have gone generic and which haven't so I can explore different options to get prescriptions for.

I Don't like the much longer wait time for my RX They told me up to 8 weeks from UK Placed an order today for Estring Vaginal ring 2 mg., which can be shipped from Canada, but price difference is $ 50.00, so I reluctantly ok'd shipping it from UK. Also PDD wouldn't match prices, and several Canadian Pharmacies that have the rating your requirements have prices of $83.99 & similar.. No I'm not at all happy, understanding the Covid 19 situation notwithstanding, still I am the customer and am not getting the service in a timely manner, nor the best price available.I hope my Estringf arrives by the date of my Dr. appointment which is on July 13 & would appreciate expediting the shipment. The rep Evelynne was very nice, but couldn/t do any more on her end. The 1 star rating is not for her, but for your policies.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
