The generic form of Restasis is awful. It burned my eyes and I cannot use it. Glad I wasted only $300 on one month instead of three months. If you have sensitive, dry eyes, the generic is not just useless, it is painful. I would not give the product even one star. As always, the customer service was five-star service. This specific product, however, is horrid.
