I'm still waiting for the inhalers to arrive so I can continue to breath. You folks told me my order shipped on April 29th but sadly my order has not arrived. If it does not arrive soon I'll have no choice but to purchase the inhalers here in the US. You have been great up to this point but I imagine the crash of the mailing system has caused a great deal of frustration. Fred

Please note that all our partner dispensaries are currently communicating a temporary increase in shipping costs, and these will be reflected in our prices moving forward. This is to ensure your packages are getting to you as quickly and reliably as possible during this pandemic this is unfortunately something we must do. This increase will go away once operations resume as normal.

I ordered my medicine on April 29th, and still have not received it. When I try to call you all, all I get is a recording, not a person who could tell me where my order is. You’ve taken my money, but I don’t have my medicine. I’m going to have to look at other pharmacies, if I can’t get my medicine

The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
