The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

As usual PDD has taken care of my order with alacrity. They are always prompt and though they say allow 6-8 weeks it very rarely takes that long to receive my order.

I recently requested a renewal of one of my meds. Not only did it take much longer to get (had to be shipped from another country), but it cost significantly more. I was quite disappointed.

This is to ensure your packages are getting to you as quickly and reliably as possible during this pandemic this is unfortunately something we must do. This increase will go away once operations resume as normal.

I placed an order 3+ months ago. Supposedly my order was shipped April 27th. Still haven't received it. I know things are crazy right now, but this is ridiculous. I was given a tracking number but as of today, it still hasn't bee assigned to a package. I would like to reorder through you folks but the medication is crucial and I'm afraid to reorder through you. I have had to do some substitutions which is causing me some health issues.
