I have been using Planet Drugs Direct for about 2 years. And the service has always been accurate and timely. My last order was made on April 27, 2020. On April 29 I was notified that my order had been shipped along with a DHL tracking number. I’ve been tracking it since then and seen it go through several stops finally arriving in Frankfort, Germany on June 2. Since then I have checked daily to follow its movement and as of today June 15, it is still there. I realize that with the current COVID epidemic that it would take longer than usual to ship, but this is getting out to ridiculous. I have had to replace my medication with a local pharmacy. I hate to do this but I have no faith that I can continue using Planet Drugs Direct for my medications in the future for so long as the pandemic continues.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
