My most recent order of 2 prescribed drugs took longer than usual, but considering the current pandemic, I didn't have to wait overly long. Normally, it takes about 3 weeks for delivery of these particular meds, because they often originate in Singapore or some other far away place. This time, I was told to expect 4 to 8 weeks for delivery, and it turned out to be 5 weeks. So, pretty good considering.

In general, I have been VERY pleased with the service from Planet Drugs Direct! However, my last order was shipped from Australia on April 29 (according to an email I received confirming shipment). Tomorrow, June 23, will be 8 weeks since it was shipped, and I still have not received it! I only have enough of my medicine to last another week and a half, and I'm becoming VERY concerned! I have tried to call Planet Drug; but after hearing a recorded message again saying it may take up to 8 weeks to receive my shipment and being faced with an extremely long hold time, I was forced to give up! I need to talk to a human being to express my concern! Can the shipment be traced? Is there anything Planet Drug can do to help me? Can they call the Australian supplier and ask them to trace the shipment? Can I have a shipment overnighted to me? So far, I'm out $214.98 and have nothing to show from it; and I AM NOT HAPPY!!! I want some answers!!! Can someone please call me?
