Planet drugs inability to tell me when I would be able receive my wife's prescription makes me think that I should not depend on Planet drugs in the future.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

During COVID I strongly recommend ordering 9 weeks in advance for shipment to the U.S. I ordered essential medicine April 21 and it arrived June 22 from the United Kindom. I recommend PlanetDrugsDirect and am grateful to get this at a cheaper price abroad but just be sure to allow extra time. Prior to this it arrived much sooner. But I understand it's not the fault of PlanetDrugsDirect.
