Ordering was easy but the receipt of product was very long. Did not feel it was properly disclosed of how long delivery could take before I purchased. Having said that, the order was originally going to our condo in FL. but arrived some 3 weeks later in upstate NY without re-instruction from me. Luckily I found the same short supply product and bought the second to last bottle before I ran out. My rating may be influenced by the excellent and timely service from Planet Drugs on all other matters.

I have not received my prescription yet. Not sure what happened to it. Tracking says it’s in the USA but not much else. I’m disappointed in the communication.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
