Still waiting for my last order to arrive from over two months ago yet I was charged almost immediately- not fair!

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! Please note that you're order was shipped out May 4th and we're currently quoting up to 8 weeks for delivery. The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

You raised your prices on Symbicort and I was forced to get the generic, plus you still don't give any worthwhile loyalty discounts!! But, that said, you do a better job than the U S !!!!

Please note that all our partner dispensaries are currently communicating a temporary increase in shipping costs, and these will be reflected in our prices moving forward. This is to ensure your packages are getting to you as quickly and reliably as possible during this pandemic this is unfortunately something we must do. This increase will go away once operations resume as normal.

Far less expensive but much easier to refill and have the product sent right to your door. The best written warnings and advice, far better than American pharmacies. Quality at a lower price.

shipment just took too long, we had to order an extra 30 day supply to carry us over until we received our order from you. An early notification of the longer shipping time would have been nice we could have ordered earlier. Robert Ahrens
