I placed an order via telephone and was connected with Mohammed. Just want to say what a terrific agent he was, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. Mohammed really went the extra mile to see I was getting the medication I needed. Even suggested a generic that was 1/10th the price. After it was all said and done he noticed I'd not had a prescription filled with PDD.com in over four years and offered me a 20% "WINBACK" discount and suggested I go to Facebook and "LIKE" their page which rewarded me an additional 5% discount. Just want to say, "Mohammed you are the perfect employee and what every customer is looking for when speaking to an agent while placing an order, thanks so much for your help, a job well done".

I am quite disturbed about my recent order #9398890 placed on May 2,2020. First you would not to match alower price , so instead of $184.00 which I did receive on my last order, this order will cost me $364.99 This amount has already been pd to you and I still haven,t received my shipment!!!! I have about 1 month supply left so am hoping my new order arrives soon. Sincerely, Don Betzen
