I am very happy with PDD. Prices are still way below what I have paid in the U. S. Customer service reps are very patient and helpful when I have questions. They follow up with a phone call to remind me it's time to start a refill. I understand that during the pandemic, orders take longer to reach me and I DO NOT fault PDD for that. I am very happy with their service. : )

Was waiting on order during covid was delayed, tried to renew an order that the prescription ended up expiring by a couple days and was denied.

Planet Drugs always does a great job of guiding me through the process. That way, I feel comfortable asking questions. Once the medications are ready for payment, the rep repeats everything about the med, the cost, and the payment. It certainly provides double- checking everything.

I have been getting some of my medication here that otherwise would be too expensive in the USA mainly because my insurance refuses to pay for it. Ordering it from PlanetDrugsDirect has been a great alterative to doing with out. I highly recommend them.

Affordable prices for medications I use everyday! US prices are not affordable! Luckily, I don’t have to eliminate these meds thanks to PDD. Customer service is so terrific also! So grateful❤️

I have been doing business with planet drugs for at least 10 years. They use to be very good. In the last 3 years that have been difficult to deal with. After you load your prescription you will get 4 or 5 emails and get called by 2 different doctors wanting to know where your prescription is and each time you tell them it has been loaded up from day one, they keep calling you back. I have a prescription place since April 6th 2020 and as of today June 26 2020 I have to not received it or have received a call that there was something wrong with the order. The only call I get is a machine generation phone call asking me to renew my prescription which I haven't received my first one. Most likely this will be my last order with Planet Drugs Direct.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
