I have been a customer for years...but...am looking at alternatives. The communication has gotten poor...a recent order, billed and debited from my account now has a limitation as to amount of product in order. Of course they informed AFTER shipping the product, thus ending up with a credit on “future orders”!.....Just one of the recent,”oh, by the way”...communication AFTER the fact! It’s getting old.....

I ordered a NON Prescription, Lansoprazole 15 mg 0n 5-10-2020. I'm in the USA so I can't use a credit card to pay so I used my checking account info. They drafted my account on 5-12-2020. I received my order on 6-22-2020. Unbelievably long time. Previous orders took about one month. This was 44 days. If you use PlanetDrugsDirect.com make sure you have plenty of lead time to get your prescription.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames.
