Do to the virus my medication was delayed because Planet Drugs was unable to take any orders. Therefore it created a bit of inconvenience for me as I had to get a prescription from the PCP for a substitute to take in the meantime. It worked out but I didn’t like it. Make no mistake I understand.

After many good experiences with you, this last order was and is a nightmare. I ordered medication in May and still have not received them. I am very disappointed with Planet Drugs Direct. After all of this problem, not once did anyone contact me. I have tried to contact you on at least 3 occasions with no response.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I always received outstanding service from Planet Drugs Direct. Their price is a fourth of what I would pay in the U.S. even with my drug coverage. It's a sad state of business in the U.S. Thank goodness we can go to Canada. I live on social security and every penny counts.
