Always a friendly experience working with Canada Pharmacy . I always get a reminder before my prescription expires, giving me and my local Dr. the necessary time to write a new prescription and get the "wheels turning" at the pharmacy. Excellent pricing, friendly associates..... doesn't get any better ..... THANKS SO MUCH !!!

Still have not received my prescripting that was ordered approximately 8 weeks ago. The young lady that assisted me made it sound like my request was processed in Canada and only had to make it a cross the border to USA. I will not order again. I don't appreciate being lied to through omition of facts.

I have been very pleased with planetdrugs. However when I ordered my last refill I was told it would be 8 weeks instead of the usual 4 to receive medication. I understand due to the pandemic things have changed I had to borrow drugs from friends until my medication was received. It would have been nice to receive an email in advance letting customers know it would take longer than usual and you should place orders early.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
