A good way to save drug costs even if you have insurance. Always check high insurance cost drugs. Service is great, but sometimes delivery can take a long time; worst case could be weeks. Usually less than a week.

Ordering was easy & staff was helpful. Due to Covid 19, ordering out of the country (I live in US), shipping & delivery was delayed. I ordered asthma inhaler medication for my asthmatic cat on 5/14/20. It finally arrived in June 2 weeks after my cat had died.

I am pleased with the overall service but I have one issue. Months ago I didn’t receive one of my packages. The tracking for the shipment said it was in US customs. I called your service and a new package was sent but I had to go to my local store to fill the prescription. It cost me a lot more. I agreed if the original package showed up I would pay. I have not received it and continue to get calls reminding me I owe for the package if received. How many calls and emails are you going to make. You make me feel like a thief.

Until the Covid worldwide disruption, the service was outstanding, prescriptions filled correctly, shipped promptly. Hopefully, the delivery aspect will improve as worldwide partners pharmacies and transportation will get back to previous levels. In the interim, the customer service representatives are very helpful in providing me updates about deliveries on my orders. Even though there are price increases, Planet Drugs Direct is still the best.
