Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I think that planet drugs direct employees have handled the changes well! Everyday, they were inundated by new mass information, supervisors had to communicate well with them to ensure the correct information was going out and on top of that, they had to deal with concerned and probably cranky customers. I could not get my brand name rx for months so I had to switch medications. It wasn't their fault and I had no right to complain. I finally got a shipment and can discontinue the meds I used as a substitute, that did not work for me. So grateful to have this company that makes my meds affordable. Otherwise, I would have to move out of the U.S. again!

Very easy to order on line. The price is amazing compared to the U.S. prices. The shipping is very fast to the U.S. The communication is great. I have purchased R/X's before and I will purchase from Planetdrugsdirect.com again and save a huge amount of money.
