Orders take far too long to receive. Currently have waited 2 months for an order and can get no response as to when.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I always get great service from Planet Drugs. The staff is helpful and the drugs arrive pretty much when they’re supposed to (it takes awhile, but they come from a long way away). And the drug quality is good.

Very professional and even though we are in the middle of a Pandemic I received my prescriptions in 5 weeks instead of 8. Great quality medicine. The price is much less than me ordering in the US.

Seven to eight weeks delivery time from anywhere is unsatisfactory. Also, no tracking in the US leaves you in limbo as to where the package is, if it has been lost or when it may be delivered.
