It has been over 60 days since I ordered, and I have NOT received the drugs yet. Usually your people are VERY courteous, but I spoke with a Jorge (hor hay) that was very rude. The last report I got on the drugs, they were to be delivered June 7th, 2020. My USPS is checking on the tracking number.

I love this company and how much more of a great price your meds are compared to the US. Your healthcare system is so much better than us. The only gripe I have is that it takes so long to get the meds here in the US. I also wish there was an easier way to get meds when you have an expired RX. Sometimes it takes a very long time to get the docs to return your calls in order to get the scripts refilled , especially with Covid going on and it delays the shipment the longer you have to wait for the RX to get in. It would be nice to get an email from Planetdrugs stating that your RX will expire shortly so you can get a jumpstart on it! Other than that, you guys are awesome! Ashley Pietropaolo

Great prices with great service. My only complaint is that delivery takes a long time compared to the US. Perhaps UPS or Fed X could speed things up.

Like your pricing and billing when drugs are shipped. Some other Canadian Pharmacies bill you first, then put your order on back order with no firm date about delivery.

Parcel arrived with address label carelessly attached to box. It was almost detached. But the medication was in box.
