My most recent order took almost eight weeks for delivery. This was eight weeks after the date my order was supposedly shipped and the payment withdrawn from my bank account. As Planet Drugs knew it could take eight weeks for delivery from the date of shipment, they should have advised me to order my refill sooner. I was not so advised. All other aspects of my dealings with Planet Drugs have been very satisfactory.

Only problem is it takes 7 weeks to get your prescription so need to be ahead of when to refill. Otherwise everything was good. That's to the USA.

Great prices, the only bad thing is the customer service calls me back after a month to get another order. If I have the contact info...and I am a satisfied customer...why harass me for another order?

Delivery on our latest order took 7 + weeks; normally it has been 3 to 4 weeks. Delay attributed to coronavirus by Planet. I don't recall being told by Planet that there would be a delay of about 8 weeks. Tracing package and communicating with staff was somewhat difficult, but always courteous and professional. Next time I will allow 8 weeks by ordering earlier than usual. Karl Taylor for Lois Taylor.
